Great experience this time and every time I've ever been seen there. Very professional. Great and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this dentist office to everyone. Been going to North Pines Dental for years.

I always enjoy my visit with North Pines Dental Care. They are very professional and kind. Dr. Osborne is a wonderful dentist who is very good to his patients. So is his staff. I have been with them for years and will continue to do so. Thank you.

I just switched dentists after over a decade after relocating back to Spokane. I was so apprehensive and nervous because my teeth are sensitive, I hate change, I fear needles and have all the normal dental anxiety. Let me tell you not only was Diane, the hygienist, so knowledgeable, and intentional- but she had the lightest hand I’ve ever come across-she made me feel so relaxed- Tamera, the Dentist, was efficient and kind, and the entire staff was so welcoming- -one of their staff Maddy made me laugh the entire time I was getting X-rays and that was impressive because let’s be honest nobody loves X-rays! -I had already made my follow up appointment but as I went to leave they handed me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. For what reason? Just kindness. Now that’s a first impression, I was going back even before the flowers😂 but that positivity was just the energy of that entire office. I highly recommend! Oh and the office is pristine- sooooooo clean and the most beautiful high ceilings!!! 10/10

New to North Pines Dental Care. Had my first appointment today, and I felt so well cared for. I have been nervous to try a new dentist after mine retired but I’m happy I gave them a call. Hygienist Summer and Dr Tamera are wonderful!

Outstanding dental care! Every staff member—from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors—is consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. I’ve personally been seen by Dr. Ken, who is excellent, and I imagine the rest of the doctors uphold the same high standard. What stands out most to me is their communication and time management. I’m always greeted by name upon arrival and rarely wait more than a minute or two before being seen. Appointments run smoothly—efficient yet never rushed. The staff takes the time to explain each step of the process, so I always know what’s happening and never feel caught off guard. Procedures are performed with care and precision; I’ve never experienced pain or discomfort. I also appreciate their transparency—payment options are reviewed beforehand, and I’ve never had an unexpected bill. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that truly values patient comfort, clarity, and professionalism.
